予約時の決済について（デビットカードをご利用の場合）

クレジットカード決済でのご予約の際に、デビットカードをご利用いただきました場合、二重引き落としになる場合がございます。

お客さまのカードがご利用いただけるか（＝有効性）を確認した時点で、口座より引き落としされ、ご注文日から月を跨いで発送された際にも、ご注文金額の引き落としがされる事がございます。

後日カード会社より自動的に返金されますが、その返金までに通常1ヶ月半～2ヶ月程度かかる場合がございます。

そのためご返金までの間、一時的に二重引き落としの状態となりますが、一定期間経過後にキャンセル対応となります。

自動返金までにかかる期間につきましては、お客さまがご利用のデビットカードによって
異なりますので、お手数ですがカード発行会社へお尋ねいただきますようお願いいたします。
